SUMMARY:Second Harbor Resilience Meeting: Building on Stakeholder Ideas
DESCRIPTION:Fishermen\, residents\, and other harbor stakeholders are invit
 ed to meet at the Peninsula School cafeteria at 1 PM on Saturday\, Novembe
 r 15\, to discuss potential improvements in Prospect Harbor\, Bunkers Harb
 or\, and South Gouldsboro Harbor. Gouldsboro plans to invest in the town
 ’s harbor infrastructure in 2026. The goal of this meeting is to gather 
 viewpoints and advice that will shape the town’s actions.\n\nThis is the
  second meeting in a year-long planning effort. In May of this year\, thir
 ty-two people\, most of them fishermen\, participated in the first meeting
  where they identified priorities for each harbor. Over the summer\, Goul
 dsboro's Coastal Resilience Committee examined each of these priorities\, 
 identifying options\, questions\, and additional needed information for ea
 ch one. During this second meeting\, participants will explore the options
  and work toward answering the questions.\n\nThe meeting is open to everyo
 ne.  It will start promptly at 1 PM.  After introductory remarks\, we wi
 ll break into three groups\, each focused on one of the harbors. We expect
  the meeting to last between 1.5 and 2 hours. We will provide coffee and s
 nacks.\n\nWe will meet in the Peninsula School cafeteria\, located at 71 M
