Join us for some lore, legend, and facts about the soft shell clams that are local to this region.  Learn why soft shell clams are important to the local economy and about the stresses being put on them by climate change.  Help us prepare and eat clams and take home the recipes.

The Gouldsboro Shellfish Resilience Project presents this cooking and eating workshop as part of the Schoodic Arts for All 2022 Summer Festival.  Register on the SAFA Festival website.  The registration fee is $15.
